Deliveries

We will email you once your order has been recieved and provide details of how you can track your order.

If you would like your order on a specific day, please specify in your order, we can select the correct day to send your order out to you.

Due to our couriers being so busy the last few days before Christmas, please make final orders by 18th December for us to guarantee delivery before Christmas. If you wish to make a later order, please contact us before placing the order.

If you would like a delivery before a specific time please contact us for a quote.

If you are not going to be in, the courier drivers will leave your order somewhere safe or leave it as per your instructions on your order.

Please do give alternative instructions when ordering, just in case. If the courier fails to deliver, your order will be taken back to the depot and a card put through your door for you to contact them to arrange delivery.

If they fail a second time, there will be a £5 surcharge to re-deliver. If all fails the order will be returned to us, and will this will be at the same cost as the original delivery charge on the order, so please make every effort to pick up your order.
